  • STRUCTURE: The building shall be fully of framed R.C.C. structure.
  • WALLS: The external and internal walls shall be either of laterite stone or solid blocks or bricks work having plaster on both the sides. Internal wall plastering will be smooth trowel finished and two coats of external plastering with water proof compound.
  • FLOORING: Vitrified floor tiles (2’0” x 2’0”) throughout the complex. Common passages and common area will have Granite / Marble.
  • DOORS:
    - Good quality water proof flush doors with necessary fittings for offices/rooms and rolling shutters for shops.
    - All doors of Wooden Frame and Flush Doors with necessary fittings for Rooms and Rolling Shutters for Shops
  • WINDOWS: Powder coated glazed aluminum windows with necessary fittings and fixtures.
  • TOILETS:
